About the Game
The game is set in the Three Kingdoms period. You play as one officer at a time and fight 1 vs. 1,000 battles on large battlefields. Koei Tecmo describes the original DYNASTY WARRIORS 3 as the first in the series to include True Musou Attacks, simultaneous two-player play and an officer development system. It was also the first in the series to sell more than one million copies.
Xtreme Legends added new stories for seven officers, including Lu Bu, Meng Huo and Yuan Shao. It also added bodyguard customization, new weapons and four types of challenge modes.
